All participants will start at the Ft. Loudon Marina and proceed to the boat class specific course. The courses are not complete at this time. THIS IS NOT A RACE.

ALL ENVELOPES MUST REMAIN SEALED TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE BEST HAND. ALL CARDS ARE MARKED INSIDE. NO ENVELOPES MAY BE OPENED UNTIL NOTIFIED AND WITNESSED.
